Our business operates under a formal board structure, with its members being made up of eight experienced directors and is led by Brian Pitt, Executive Chairman.  The board is recognised as one of the strongest in the market, reflecting our unrivalled depth of knowledge.  Most of the board hold or have held regulatory approved person status in current or previous roles.

Each board member has corporate responsibilities for specific areas of the business, as well as their usual fiduciary duties.  The board takes its responsibilities seriously and ensures no conflicts exist between the various functions within the company.

We remain up to date with current legislation and codes of practice, have appropriate insurance to cover activities and maintain a transparent position in everything we do.

We operate on the basis that even though we are not regulated, we behave as if we are.
