A lending specialist, she has experience of new originations, customer services, collections, risk and compliance. Helen has responsibility for operations across the UK and Europe.
Erik has over 25 years’ experience gained internationally as a CFO and including a number of board positions. He is a qualified accountant and marketeer and brings a wealth of experience gained worldwide across different industries, including banking, insurance, corporate finance and fintech arenas. Erik has group responsibilities for finance and technology.
Liam brings over 20 years’ experience within international businesses, ranging from banking, telecommunications, insurance and travel companies. He has worked in customer services for most of his career, focussing on change and improvement strategies over three continents. He has responsibility for the development of Yabber internationally as a separate brand within the Group.
Neima brings over 20 years’ experience in contact centre management and underwriting, operating within financial services, retail and aviation industries. She has worked across Europe, India, Australia, Japan, US and Canadian markets; with focus on performance optimisation, change management and customer experience.
Anthony has over 15 years of managing client relationships in regulated companies across Asia Pacific to drive the best out of their software with a focus on governance, risk and compliance. Anthony has led successful teams in APAC to deliver the best customer outcomes and deliver projects ahead of budget and timelines.
Andy is a professionally qualified banker with over 25 years’ experience in the UK and offshore finance industries. He has held a number of senior multi-disciplinary roles and has extensive risk assessment, project management and business development experience and is responsible for Client Services in the UK.
Steve brings a wealth of practical experience and technical knowledge from his 30 years working in financial services for companies in the banking and lending markets. He has over 8 years of experience with Rockstead and as a result has an excellent working knowledge of client requirements and project management.
Alberto has over 20 years’ experience in originating, underwriting and servicing consumer, SMEs and Corporate portfolios. He has worked in several countries for investment banks and is responsible for the sales and support operations throughout southern Europe.
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, having previously led management teams in Treasury Services and Structured Finance for both lenders and servicers. With a significant background in risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks, she has also managed a number of loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions for various organisations.
Gráinne has extensive experience of the Irish banking market, having worked as a senior executive for over 30 years. She previously held strategic roles in regulatory compliance and risk focussing on improvement programmes. She has worked for a number of banks and also successfully completed a secondment with the Central Bank of Ireland
